Josef Leitner

I was born in 1957 in Lieserhofen and since my childhood I was with art in any form.

Through self study I lent important basic
in relation to drawing and painting.
In particular, the portrayal of the human body fascinated me
has always been.

I tried in many different styles and finally came on the surrealist approach representation of the people towards expressionism.
Following initial small-scale work, I decided, finally, large format work.
The expressionistic style of direction is most likely to benefit the people my vision of the man with his weaknesses and Swap-meet.

I process my autobiographical experiences into images and give them by a special light and shadow play has its own character.
I try also by color and partial distortion and exaggeration of the body, my works to express.
