London 2012 - 116 days to go.
The eyes of the world will be on London on 27 July 2012 for the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games. The Ceremony will mark the beginning of the XXXth Olympiad. It will provide an opportunity for the world to view the artistic expression of creative director Danny Boyle (Trainspotting and many more) and his team, and the culture of London and the UK. Rumors say that tickets to watch the 2012 Olympic Games will be among the most expensive in British sporting history, it's been revealed. Sports fans will pay as much as £2,012 for the best seats at the opening ceremony.

Hot off the press is a quite amusing news about the Queen asking Daniel Craig (aka my name is Bond, James Bond) to open the 2012 Olympic games. The ceremony will allegedly be open with a short James Bond video clip called 'the Arrival' which will be shot in the Queen's private quarters. In the video clip James Bond will then arrive to Stratford by helicopter and parachute into the Olympic Stadium.
How exciting, what is about the British and their love affair with Her Royal Highness' secret agent??
